Aimed at primary care colleagues, the programme is designed to enable a team of three multi-professional practitioners to become a collaborative team of change agents.
Teams from 47 practices across the East and West Midlands have completed the innovative Triumvirate programme over the past two years which has resulted in the delivery of some fantastic change projects and 94% of participants reporting that they are fully or increasingly confident as change agent leaders.
What is the Triumvirate?
The Triumvirate concept is unique in that it brings together three different roles from a GP Practice organisation, network or collaboration (e.g. GP-Super Partnership, GP Federation, GP Practice Collaboration, Multiple Practice Organisation, Multi-speciality Community Provider, GP practices that have merged etc) forming the power of three. The three roles should include a medic (GP), a clinician (e.g. nurse, HCA, clinical pharmacist, paramedic etc) and a manager creating your own Triumvirate. With the support of the Leadership and Change Agent Programme, your Triumvirate will help you to develop into better leaders of change whilst focused on a project of choice.
What does the Triumvirate achieve for GP practices working at scale?
The Programme is designed to support your organisation, network or collaboration to become effective change agents and high performing leaders. Change Science Toolkit: Each Triumvirate will access evidence based and practical tools and techniques that will provide insight about themselves, each other that help to build improved relationships, culture and organisational effectiveness. The ultimate return on investment, is not only developing the individual’s leadership and change agent skills but supporting a change project that could help transform one area of your organisation, network or collaboration.
This programme is fully funded by NHS Leadership East Midlands. You only have to commit your time to fully engaging with the programme and share your learning across your organisation.
All programme dates will take place at Trent Vineyard Conference Centre, Nottingham.
