Graduate Management Training Scheme (GMTS) Expansion

Wed 13th Feb 2019 – by Liz McIntyre

For 2019 the Graduate Management Training Scheme is expanding from an intake of 200 to 500 nationally.

GMTS is an award winning, fast-track graduate scheme providing mentoring, support and high quality non-clinical training over two years to graduates wanting to develop their career in the health service. It provides the opportunity to become a successful leader in the NHS while helping to sustain the NHS talent pipeline.

We are now looking for organisations / systems to host trainees from September, 2019.

Every trainee you host at your organisation has the potential to solve huge challenges and raise the profile of leaders in health - find out more about the advantages of hosting a graduate trainee. The latest information on the assurance process to offer a placement for trainees can be found here.

For further information surrounding the expansion of the scheme and how to apply to host a trainee please contact Vicki Richardson.
