Engaging, Involving and Motivating Masterclass

Tuesday, 17th September, 2019 9:00am to 4:30pm

This masterclass is now full. Further registrations will be for the waiting list only.

About the Day

Performance, positivity and motivation are all affected by our individual beliefs in ourselves which have been learnt throughout our lives.

These beliefs can control our actions, often confining us to repetitive behaviour which doesn’t always serve us well.

This masterclass is unlike other training in that it will offer real tools to help you think differently, behave more effectively and have the skills to motivate yourself and others. It is based on knowledge from the fields of Psychology/psycho-therapy, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Man Management.

You will be taken through evidence gained from modern research into human behaviour which will allow you to better understand yourself, re-evaluate your limitations and  learn how to engage with different personality types.

Key Themes:

  • Understand how our individual belief in ourselves and beliefs learnt throughout our lives can control our actions.
  • Gain a better understanding of yourself and re-evaluate your limitations.
  • Learn how to engage with different personality types.

Who’s it for?

This masterclass is aimed at all leaders within health and social care across the East Midlands

Please Note: As is common practice in a large number of NHS organisations, the East Midlands Leadership Academy will no longer be able to provide lunch facilities for our delegates and would advise colleagues to bring their own lunch to development events effective of 22nd August 2019. However, refreshments (tea and coffee) will still be provided throughout all sessions.
