About the Day

Performance, positivity and motivation are all affected by our individual beliefs in ourselves which have been learnt throughout our lives.

These beliefs can control our actions, often confining us to repetitive behaviour which doesn’t always serve us well.

This masterclass is designed to be different to other training in that it will offer real tools to help you think differently, behave more effectively and have the skills to motivate yourself and others. It is based on knowledge from the fields of Psychology/psycho-therapy, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Man Management.

You will be taken you through evidence gained from modern research into human behaviour and allow you to better understand yourself, re-evaluate your limitations and  learn how to engage with different personality types.

Key Themes:

Understand how our individual belief in ourselves and beliefs learnt throughout our lives can control our actions.

Gain a better understanding of yourself and re-evaluate your limitations.

Learn how to engage with different personality types.

Who’s it for?

This masterclass is aimed at all leaders within health and social care across the East Midlands.
