This workshop is now full. Registrations are for the waiting list only.
About this workshop
This two-day workshop teaches skills for creating alignment and agreement by fostering open dialogue around high-stakes, emotional, or risky topics—at all levels of your organization. By learning how to speak and be heard (and encouraging others to do the same), you’ll surface the best ideas, make the highest-quality decisions, and then act on your decisions with unity and commitment.
The workshop will teach you how to:
- Speak persuasively, not abrasively
- Foster teamwork and better decision making
- Build acceptance rather than resistance
- Resolve individual and group disagreement
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is open to all health and social care staff; however it would be of most benefit to those who have line management responsibilities.
This workshop is free to staff employed in NHS funded organisations within the East Midlands.
Our full cancellation terms and conditions have been outlined in our policy.
