About the Workshop
The NHS is undergoing significant and evolutionary change and coaching has a key role to play in enabling the NHS to thrive and meet its current and future challenges. At the Leadership Academy we work to actively promote coaching as a leadership style and approach and we would be delighted if you can join us at the Coaching Symposium to shape the future direction of coaching in the East Midlands.
Who Should Attend?
The symposium will be to bring together coaching leads from across the NHS system. The broad themes of the day will be to network, share practice and to have constructive conversations about your organisation and the wider systems coaching needs.
We would very much like to co-create the day with your input, drawing on your knowledge and experience of coaching in practice and the culture of coaching within your organisation.
If this day was going to be a valuable day for you as a coach lead what would we do?
The symposium will take place on 30th January, 2019, 9.30am registration for a 10am start - 4.00pm, at IGEM, Kegworth, Derbyshire. Please do save the date and let us know how we can make the symposium valuable and relevant to you and your organisation.
To fully subscribed member organisations, costs are included in your subscription and no fee is applicable.
