NHS Rushcliffe CCG
I am motivated by making a contribution to society and seekopportunities to fulfil this both inside and outside of work. Myworking life has involved both working in front-line services forthe NHS and Local Authorities to support vulnerable membersof the community such as the elderly or homeless, and morestrategic roles with the opportunity to make a bigger impact onthe health and care of the wider population. On a voluntarybasis I support charities in their fundraising efforts for localservices.
I have been informally coaching and mentoring people, both inthe workplace and voluntarily, for many years. I gained an OCMdiploma in coach-mentoring in March 2019 and am a GraduateMember of the British Psychological Society and member of theSpecial Group in Coaching Psychology. My approach tocoaching is eclectic drawing upon different disciplines andmodels. I see coaching as a tool to facilitate the learning anddevelopment of another person enabling them to come to theirown solution to an issue and maximise their potential and willwork with you to find an approach that works for you.
