I can offer personal and professional self-development coaching and team/group sessions. Coaching sessions may take the form of developing opportunities and enabling the individual to explore solutions to present issues. My role as the coach/mentor is not to provide advice, counselling, or to manage performance, but to support and enable you to progress and take ownership of the solutions to a present situation. I will respond to your needs and agenda and not impose an agenda on you. I will encourage you to take responsibility and control of your own goals and development. Sessions will tend to be 60 minutes duration at a frequency which we agree up front. I can offer both face to face and telephone sessions. Typically the first session may be a bit longer to allow for contracting and agreeing our boundaries around confidentiality etc.
